No, Denchura is not a Ariados evolution. It's already been stated that there are no new Pokemon related to old ones.

Actually, Zap Cannon, if it could learn it, would only be 80% Compound Eyes adds 30% and Zap Cannon is 50%. Just a fun fact.

Even then it only boosts accuracy by 30% of the move's base accuracy, so Zap Cannon would only have a 65%.

But hey, Thunder's still got 97% plus STAB, and Galvantula's got great Speed and Sp. Attack!
