Lol. It's from a game called Cosmicbreak, a moe mecha online shooter game. It's pretty much a 3rd person shooter using your chose of mecha bots or "moe"bots. You can get parts broken, including a lot of the moebots. This is making a joke at the fact that a "robot" that perfectly resembles a person can lose limbs in combat.
