Since it's almost Halloween, here's your treat.

Milia Wars is in the first zip folder. Enter the game folder and it's in the first folder in that one. Click the emblem with the bunny rabbit to start the game. Most of the instructions are in Japanese so have fun figuring out the controls (hint: z x c and arrow keys).
