Except for the Onix baby form, and maybe the Abomasnow baby form, none of these are necessary or even particularly clever. Skarmory's other forms are slight variations on the original, same for Seviper's.

You can't give Skarmory an evolution! That's like giving Blissey an evolution! Or Snorlax! (Already know someone's gonna say something about Blissey being unable to evolve, you guys understand what I'm saying.) And what about Zangoose guys? Are you pull a Banette/Dusclops and give one an evolution but not the other?
