apperently if you rub your breasts on a regular basis they you know expand (streach) and contreact and it make it get bigger it works study has shown

The only thing I can imagine happening if you stretch your breasts would be sagging, and that's not attractive on anyone, nor does it make them bigger.

Now, gaining weight can make your breasts larger, as can working out the muscles under your breast tissue, and the same holds true for being genetically inclined towards having large breasts.
