Oikawa Shizuku is not suitable to lactation. She has cow image but she always eati meat.
-Busty girls who eat meat will get breast cancer.
-Herbivore consumes the plants, which is easier to produce and let animals get larger size.
-Cow will get mad cow disease(BSE) when they eat meat.
In summary, only vegetarian can be the cow or large breasts.

Dude, chill… I read Shizuku’s Wiki page saying that she loves cows so much that she is very protective of them and thinks people who eat them are terrible, so I do not see how Shizuku wouldn’t already be a vegetarian.
