Alice appears to have gotten carried away playing "house" with those dosuyukkuri Alice/Marisa. I'd assume the smaller (though still rather abnormally large) Yukkuri making those shocked faces are children. Why Alice is pinned between the dosuyukkuri, I can only guess. Actually I don't want to think about it.
