Of course he has a sucky ability! He's friggin' Salamence on steroids! And they made Salamence an Uber! AND, on top of that, if all it does is lower Attack when your HP drops below half, that's nothing. A) It's Sp. Atk is ridiculous anyway and B) HE'S SUCH A BEAST THAT HE PROBABLY WON'T EVEN DROP TO HALF HP ANYWAY! Also, because I'm getting off topic: This picture's hilarious.
