if its an unknown character and is yet to be identified we can safely assume this is an oppai loli. its probably an OC, since its Arekishi.

For god's sake... let's end this already. Even if it's not technically "oppai loli", it LOOKS like it, and we who enjoy that style deserve the right to be able to tag images so we and others can easily search for what we want to see. Searching for loli + big breasts (or any synonym for "big") is useless, as it returns a zillion pictures that include a loli, and big breasts, but the big breasts are not ON the loli.

I could identify it with purely the hairstyle: That's Eruru from Luminous Arc: Eyes, not sure if it's out yet so that's probably why it wasn't identified.
