nope, the redness is normal as the area that you are speaking of is a "hot spot" or erogenous zone; an area of the Female anatomy that does, in fact get red when sexually aroused. the other hot spots are: the face, the neck, breasts, arms, ribs, stomach, midriff area around the pubic bone i.e. the area brought into question, the mons, inner thighs/outer thighs and buttocks...I have heard of hands as being an "underappreciated" zone. but I have yet to see proof.

Not the hands. it's the feet that's an underappreciated erogenous zone it contains numerous nerves that are connected to the heart, brain and sexual receptors etc.
