@Vyers: Its Tina in Japan and Terra in North America and Europe.
The reason for the change is a localization one. In Japan, the name 'Tina' sounds exotic, since Terra is an Esper, however, Tina is a common name in the United States and Europe, so they changed her name to the more exotic 'Terra'.
A fun coincidence however, is that Terra is similar to Teras, which is latin, meaning something along the lines of 'Monster'. Its a funny coincidence because Terra's Esper form could be seen as a Monster.
