Yeah, I didn't think she was fat either, but I know a lot of people who did. That's why you don't judge a character's curves (or even a real person's curves for that matter) by the shape of their clothes. I'm probably one of the few people who doesn't see Haruka as having large breasts. :P

To be quite frank, I think it's mostly because most guys can't appreciate a black chick. (Fuuro and Kamitsure are also showing lotsa more skin, which likely plays a small part).
