Year of the dragon isn't for another 37 days. Chinese calendar is lunar, you can't map it straight to the solar Gregorian calendar.

Chinese year is counted off by twelve moon cycles, so the date of the Chinese new year is different every year compared to the fixed solar calendar. This year, it starts on the new moon of February 10th. Gong xi fa cai!

("Gong xi fa cai" is a traditional greetings on Chinese new year - basically it means "I hope you get rich!")
