If my far-too-accurate knowledge of Persona 3 serves me well (and it almost always does) this is the scene in which has her little mini-breakdown over her father and either finds out the truth and her Persona upgrades, or is simply one of the several flavor scenes which generally boil down to "My daddy is dead a-bloobloo, nevermind both Minato's parents are gone MY ANGST IS MORE IMPORTANT", one of the two.

Agreed Annon2. At least through the main game she is my favorite female character. I just started the answer to see what people say makes her even worse.

During the game...losing your father, finding out hes partly to blame for a lot of the chaos, that can cause a lot of issues in a girls life. I understand her, as for the answer...She loved him. If you could change the past wouldn't try to? if the power was there? Don't say no cause I know many would do so. I've liked Yukari the WHOLE way

In the answer, her anger and bitchy attitude also hints how much she misses Minato, she actually had a crush on him, it was like, Minato's primary romantic interest.
