Plus like, a law that discriminates against what you're allowed to do because of your assigned sex at birth is just... obviously discrimination. Heck, that's why the NY State Supreme Court struck down toplessness laws in the state.

Meh. It's all a cultural thing. You hear about Amish who get titillated by ankles, Muslim men uncontrollably aroused at their first time seeing women's hair in public - and then all the way to the other end of the spectrum, where the outer (public-facing) walls of Hindu temples are adorned with depictions of sex, or where the Ark of the Covenant supposedly contains a couple making love within to signify the relationship between the god of Abraham and the Israelites.

Hell, even the concept of "PG-13" is just under 40 years old.
