I consider her fully female since she was meant to be so, even though she/he's officially otherwise. Other games such as Double Dragon, for example, had female enemies you fought against, and I never heard of any controversy regarding this (though that doesn't mean there wasn't). So I wanna know why Capcom allowed this to affect their character.
