It's a long story, but a TLDR is that Selen has been at odds with Nijisanji for a long time. It has accumulated to the point where she attempted suicide due to the immense amount of stress, internal bullying, and the lack of support and consideration from Upper management. She is doing a stream to celebrate the Lunar New Year on her past account. There she will most likely go into more details that we are not aware of.
