whats horrible about this picture is if you notice the weight that all the men are lifting.. the guy on bench is lifting only 135 lbs.. the bars weigh 45, and the large plates are 45.. guy in the middle is lifting about 35 lbs in each hand.. and the guy on the right is lifting about 60 in total =.= lol

i just did the math and she is lifting 502 lbs i am familiar with weight sizes cuz my old high school has all that equiptment from the 80's
