Technically, Yes & No.. She does Aged, but doesn't mean She can't go back & forth.. We don't know to an Extent of Her Devil Fruit Powers, We're just assuming, doesn't mean We're Right or Wrong, just mean it's there without the Full Details until Mr. Oda decides We're Ready &/or He's Ready to Shed Light on it without Spoiling too Much Details.. <3 <3 <3

Well, technically it isn't. She's confirmed to be 12, only thing Oda still hasn't made clear is whether her mind ages up as well as her body. But a point about her looking younger than 12 could be made here.

It remains to be argued whether this age-corresponding physique will be tagged as aged_down or her debut-look as aged_up, depending on which she will chose (or rather, which Oda will chose) to stay in for the majority of the time from this point on.
If she spends the rest of the story in the more adult form, I'd argue to tag posts like these as aged_down. But I'm fine with whichever decision is made as long as there will be a way to discern between the two.

It remains to be argued whether this age-corresponding physique will be tagged as aged_down or her debut-look as aged_up, depending on which she will chose (or rather, which Oda will chose) to stay in for the majority of the time from this point on.

I don't know, Mr. Oda likes play Headgames & Wordplays, doesn't mean there won't be a Clever Twist down the Pipeline.. For all We know, He's Stereotypically making Fun of (In)Direct Pedos, Sizeist, & Ageist Prejudicial & Conflicted People & Ideologies, with a Big Reveal Later on.. So no, I don't buy it.. <3 <3 <3

I don't know, Mr. Oda likes play Headgames & Wordplays, doesn't mean there won't be a Clever Twist down the Pipeline.. For all We know, He's Stereotypically making Fun of (In)Direct Pedos, Sizeist, & Ageist Prejudicial & Conflicted People & Ideologies, with a Big Reveal Later on.. So no, I don't buy it.. <3 <3 <3

Which I forgot to add, One Piece is a Criminal Underworld with Heart & Pirates.. Peace Main or Good, in the Middle like Mercenaries, & then the Evil & Despicable Pirates.. Also some Adults don't know when to Walk away & let go from Underaged People, which Happens in the Heat of the Moment.. Some will get Caught or be Internally Groomers, which They all should know better.. When better Method is to let go, & Hope against Hope They think of You, & come back around if Possible, if it's meant to be or not.. But We don't know Mr. Oda's Ultimate Goal for Jewelry Bonney, Let Him Cook His Idea for now.. Also, it's quite Common Place for Underaged Criminals, He just happen to "Chose" Her if True, & some do Developed too soon.. But again, He's messing with Stricted A-Holes with other Prejudicial Pushes on Societal Views.. <3 <3 <3
