She was on an airplane that was shot down by assassins after the baby, and is trying to get to safety after the baby's dying nanny asked her to save it. In this scene, they're hiding under floorboards from the assassins, and because she ran out of milk in bottles, this is the only thing she could think of to keep it from crying.
