I was actually a little disappointed in that scene where he throws the two of them in the room together. I mean, the futons laid out beside each other was a classic joke but it really needed the night light and box of tissues to finish it off.

I don't understand why the Guile poster is here, but the caption is a reference to Japanese Street Fighter players' nickname for him; "wait fighter", since he's usually used to await opponents moves and counterattack or something.
