All the sounds there are just sound effects and breathing.

あ - "ah" sound
ん -"nn" sound, like saying "nope" without the ope.

ドププ - sex sound

I don't know what
samao 「さまお」
and
danho　「だんほ」
mean.
Maybe a name, idk. I just know the basics ;_;

It's not samao and danho, it's 'Danna-sama' meaning husband, master or male customer.
