Um, actually???! Denken's full body was not visible to clone Ubel and since for sorganeil to activate, the user needs to see the entire body of the opponent, clone Ubel could not restrict Denken at that time even if she wanted to. (Also i think Denken would have some sort of defence against restriction magic)
