I watched the complete series on Netflix just recently. Damn it if I was Minato I would of hit that shit, especially when Tsukiumi was forcing his hand to rub her boob saying "DO ME NOW".

Well they have always begged the question can they get a sekerei pregnant in the first place, since well Miya didn't and she the only one we know who was actually married. Minato's sister got the offer from hers though too; aside she already has bro con issues.

Yes, #1218261, they can. If you read the manga, you'd know that all the current Ashikabi are decedents of Ashikabi/Sekerei pairings in the past.
