Anon: The second costume does resemble her sprite. However, he sprite doesn't make it obvious if its a dress or a unitard, so you just have to guess either way.
However, since Bartz, Cecil, and Warrior of Light have their Sprite Looks as Costumes (Cecil's as DLC), I'm expecting to see Terra's and maybe some others as DLC as well.
