Grumman F4F-3 Wildcat... by Midway, the US carriers had reequipped their fighter squadrons with the F4F-4, coincidentally stripping the West Coast of every spare F4F-4. The Zeke is a Misubishi A6M-2 Model 21 Type 0... the model used during the attack on Pearl Harbor.
