On principle, I'd side with Zekrom, the whole black dragon with red glowing eyes just calls to me, but, that having been said, I would seriously rethink my choice after seeing Reshiram's expression.

despit not being shown,i'd pick Kyurem. with black and white legendary trio based off of taoism, Zekrom represents the concept of yin and Reshiram represents the concept of yang. while kyurem represents the absence of yin and yang. one can not live with out the other. its a philosophy thing
