I don't believe she is aware that this was supposed to be a short term training excercise, and thus, the suit was not optimized for waste containment.
In other words, they didn't include the space diaper. So yea, that's hot. No pun intended.

Sort of. Basically the suits lack a diaper but feature urine pads so the astronauts can relive themselves during missions. The story behind this image was that one of them, Yukari, was stuck in orbit for twice the length she was intended for due to technical malfunctions.

Long story short, she peed herself until her pad was overfull, and the force of re-entry caused this to spill out into her suit.
