レイチェル・カーナー中尉（１７歳）。リベリオン合衆国海軍空母「サラトガ」ウィッチ隊、コールサイン「ロジャース２」、ＴＡＣネーム「スライダー」。ストライカーはF/A-18A、使い魔はニシキヘビ。身長170cm以上の長身で、カザンスキー少佐に師事を受けた海軍屈指のドッグファイター。空戦に於いては数少ない、散弾銃での飛行型ネウロイの撃墜を記録している。しかしかなりの変人で一般とはズレた感覚をしており、大層スケベ。艦内を平然と半裸で歩き回るなど問題行動の常習犯。 ＣＶは坂本真綾あたりだと思う。

Lieutenant Rachel Karner (age 17). A member of the witch squadron abourd the United States of Liberion aircraft carrier "Saratoga"; her callsign is "Rogers 2", and her TAC name is "Slider". Her Striker Unit is an F/A-18A, and her familiar is a python. She stands at a height of 170cm (5'7") and, as Lieutenant Commander Kazanski's protege, is one of the top dogfighters in the Navy. She's fairly unusual as a record holder in Neuroi shootdowns using a shotgun in dogfights. However, she has quite a unique idea of what romance is, and is a considerable pervert. She's well known for repetitive problem behavior, like casually wandering around deck half-naked. I think Sakamoto Maaya would be a good voice actress for her.
