No, Oda made a mistake on the very first pic of the new strawhatcrew. He just laugh and appologized for his mistake, the real scar was on his left eye, not on his right...

Brook just doesn't fit in... He seems so damn weak as a crew member. Why did Oda make a talking skeleton a crew member? That's the only grip I have about this series, and everything else rocks!
