He's a good animator but his models all look exactly the same, like it's the same girl wearing different wigs. The facial structure, the eye shape, the sameface is so obvious it's distracting. Also the facial expressions get overly goofy sometimes.

He is putting in some differences from face to face, it's just that they're extremely subtle. So yeah, they looks pretty much look the same.

If you pay attention to anime "sameface" has been around for a long time in a lot of (but not all) anime. It's only in the last few years it's started to become less common. Same face is a lot more noticeable in 3D i think. Still i do enjoy his work.
