Well, as the Story says, Seath being the ONLY dragon there that is WHITE, and the mother Gwenilin or what ever, so Guess Seath raped Gwen, Gwen gave birth, She left with her new husband or what ever, the god of fire, leaving Gwen with her Aunt or uncle what ever, as saying Seath is crazy.
It can be interpeted in many ways, just pick one, Gwendilin is the mother Seath is the father, Make up what ever in the middle.

I don't know all of the lore; only what info I can find and what I've read from playing, but...Priscilla the Crossbreed is the official reading of her name, I believe. Perhaps only in Japanese. She is half dragon and another "Being". Not necessarily a human, but obviously humanoid. Since Seath is an albino dragon and the only scaleless dragon, and that Priscilla has no scales and is white as snow, he's believed to be the father. The mother would have to be a woman of probably equal size in order for conception to be possible. Gwenyvere is likely due to her size and mystery of her non-illusory self. The Painted World of Ariamas is also kept in Anor Londo guarded in her cathedral by many painting guardians. Another possibility is that the mother is Velka, Goddess of Sin. There are many Velka items in the painted world and killing Priscilla is a sin. Ariamas is mentioned by Priscilla as the creator of the Painted World. It was meant to be a safe haven for exiled beings. Likely, all residents are hostile out of fear or to protect Priscilla.
No evidence to back this up, but I've heard things about Priscilla being connected to Lord's Blade Ciaran. Perhaps Gwen or Gwenyvere asked for them to protect Priscilla in some way? Also, one of the producers said that Priscilla was originally to be a possible ally to the player.
