Wow, i love this artist, but the gore is too much (even though i still save). Its gross to see his dick inside of someones profusely bleeding mouth. Still amazing, but this one by far is kind of gross.

No those are just canines, he wasn't referring to the bloody part of the teeth but the not bloody part, which is indeed the side that sticks out, making those ones canines.
