Not really, since Celestia is able to teleport and now that Broly is choking her, she can teleport over the sun. Causing Broly's heart to explode like it did during movie 10 and then teleport back with out him.

Broly having a weak heart and said heart exploding because of the heat from being to close to the sun, even while Broly was behind a barrier is canon to Broly's character, because of the assassination attempt on his life. Can Broly blow up the sun, probably, but his heart would explode before he gets a chance to do anything of the sort, just like it did during the second movie that featured him.

For how Celestia would survive the heat, by making a magical barrier that focus on keeping out the heat and radiation of the sun. And even if she couldn't do so quick enough, she would do so simply to protect her ponies by sacrificing her life.

Now all of this ^ depends on how Broly handles the fight. If he plays around looking to torture her like in this picture, she could kill him just because of the circumstances. Otherwise he could kill Celestia and anybody else in whatever way he chooses.
