One being a facehugger, one being a hiphugger. They work in groups, the majority are facehuggers to block her vision and keep her aroused (plus pumping fluid that she is forced to drink). The main one is a hip hugger that comes in and impregnates her.

If there are more 'huggers, they are working her mouth over too, giving her fluid to keep her horny, lactating, and dominated. If there is only one, the facehugger fills her up, and leaves. She is then full of chemicals that are making her horny, so the next critter has a much easier time impregnating her. If the hiphugger sees the other facehuggers getting smashed, it will leave and spread an alarm scent.

They are a hive, so the woman never faces only one facehugger at a time, but a horde (and why they cooperate so well). If she can stomp them all, the death scent makes the next batch more aggressive. But if even one manages to spray its cum all over her, the next group will be easy to deal with (the hiphugger was wrong). The facehuggers are the sterile drones working for the hive, the hiphuggers are the designated breeding princes for the Hive King. The princesses can only produce drones this way, but can tell the drones to drag the female to the King. The King can impregnate the women with Princes and drones. They are glued in place near the King so he can impregnate them any time he chooses, while the drones keep them fed and clean.

Women trying to rescue friends in (and near) the hives soon learn they have to submit to one of the facehuggers to avoid being one of the people that has to be rescued.

They are called tithuggers, because in the first version of the game they had only one rape animation in which they hug your tits. This double team was later added in 1.3 (?).
