Ok so first, there is no rule stating the topic couldn't be discussed anywhere.

Second, this is the American dub of the anime, meaning you are currently listening to Vic Mignogna voicing Broly, and Christopher Sabat and Sean Schemmel voicing Gogeta. To say that a comment on the voice actors involved in the very video you're watching is irrelevant is in itself both incredibly stupid, and absolutely incorrect.

Finally, I will gladly discuss whatever the fuck I want, wherever the fuck I want, whenever the fuck I want. Up to and until the comments are blocked. By no means are you an authority figure here, nor can you dictate when, where, and under what subject a conversation may be taken. The comments are public, so the conversations are public.
