Sad and funny that it could be a male blood elf, however right above her left wrists (right side for us looking at her) we can see one of her breasts. So unless she's a trap or a male blood elf that stuffed his shirt, it probably really is a female blood elf.

This is a FEMALE Blood Elf. Males exist, but this is clearly a female, the breast is mainly proof.
