Mildly interesting note: Kurenai Yuuji is one of the rare futanari artists that switch between balls and no balls. (Some of her characters have them, some don't.)

They're specific characters, so it's not totally random. For example: Kyouko (the redhead) will never be depicted with balls. The other girl (who's name escapes me at the moment) always will.
