I don't know who the heck that is personally, but there is no possible way that is Tohno Akiha. The only similarities are in hair color and the fact that there is a white hairband (though worn in a somewhat different way), both of which are extremely common traits. If anyone wants to argue, let me point out the most obvious points that the eyes are the wrong color, the face is just plain stupid wrong, the hair style is way off, and she is much less flat than a washboard.
