Be aware that it's all in japanese. click on version 1.08. when it takes you to another page, type the password in the bar, and press the little square on the side of it, and you should be golden!

This Monster Girl is not in 1.08 by the way, not that you ask yourself where she's at later on.

But the game has plenty of other Monster Girls and even some progression.

DOes anyone know the commands? I know that A is attack, X is jump, and the arrow keys. But how do you interact with the monster girls you defeat?

Each monster has a unique requirement before you can capture them. Monsters that can be captured will have an "!" bubble over their heads.
Once captured they will appear in the rooms on the right of your house where they can be interacted with using the arrow keys. Down to begin/finish and left/right to go to next/previous animations.
