This guy is a gary stu. For the guy who listed what this guy has you missed the scars of Kenshiro upon his chest, the S belt that belongs to Marvel's Sentry, you mistakenly called the behelit a Berserk necklace, and yep that's it. So this guy walks with the power of energy bending ninja, is basically a god hand who manipulates his own fate, has the power of millions of exploding suns, controls Thor's hammer (meh) capable of destroying worlds on it's own, possesses power capable of killing dead/undead/hollows, knows Hokuto Shinkan which explodes people just by touching them, has Hulk's body which is noted to be so strong it is literally immeasurable to the point where the Beyonder, a being of practically infinite power said Hulk is infinitely strong. Saitama is probably gonna get bodied immediately. Only thing this guy is missing is his own stand and a death note and two infinity gauntlets.

Anon 7, I also believe those marking on the skin and on the hollow mask might be Byakugou seal (100 healings seal from tsunade/sakura) which inevitably would make the character practically unkillable as it takes chakra from the user and instantly heals them, even if it was a lethal attack and they possess the 9 tails seal, giving him a lot more chakra to work with.
