and in french, the names is based on the nymph. while the english name might reference the sylph, the old name for an air spirit

Normal or Flying (or both) for me right now till it's officially known. (as to how the heck it could be considered a Bug or Dragon type is beyond me, doesn't look nor gives vibes of either of those types).

doesnt look undead or anything, i dont see how this thing is suppose to fly without wings, love isnt a type (yet?), no compound eyes or antennes or anything, no scales or claws

It could be a surprise steel or dragon like mawile, altaria, or swablu but the colors suggest normal or possibly the first pure flying type (I doubt ghost but it's a possibility). Bug is definitely not it and it certainly has no ground/rock qualities being pink.

I can't imagine it using Fly, Sky Attack or Roost so I highly doubt it is flying. Sky Form Shaymin is the only thing holding me back from saying its Normal.

This is completely irrelevant to the picture shown, but I vote we have a new type to stand side by side with Dragon: Mystic.

They may introduce a new Pokemon type, Light. We have Dark types so if they were to introduce a new type its Light.
