In Moonspeak, there would just be a long 'a' or 'e' sound instead of an 'r' in the middle. Add to that that 'm' and 'n' are pretty much hard to differentiate/interchangeable/whatever-they-feel-like-at-the-time, and Vaermina becomes a nightmare of translation.
